When you’re ready to take the next step, complete the Nomad application process, which includes:

  • Application form

  • Volunteer agreement

  • Safeguarding declaration

  • References

  • DBS check

This ensures we create a safe and healthy environment for young people.

Apprentice

Next, join the 12-month Nomad rhythm, a journey of equipping to prepare you for mission and leadership along with a local church placement and context.

  • Developing a personal rule of life

This training combines safeguarding learning with a session from the safeguarding officer to make sure Nomads feel equipped to go on mission within our current context.

Our Rule of Life is a simple, shared rhythm that holds prayer, community, and mission together, shaping a life that is both rooted and mobile. It is a trellis to help life with God and others flourish.

We commit to prayer and Scripture, alongside silence, Sabbath rest, and participation in the worshipping life of the Church.

2. Community


We live a life of intentional relationship, practising hospitality, accountability, generosity, and vulnerability within our community and the local church.

3. Mission


We commit to being present and faithful in particular places, seeking to love, serve, and disciple young people.
